Rental Management, Inc. is happy to help you with your rental needs. We have
several homes on the lake, with views of the lake and in town for rent. We
work closely with the owners of the homes to ensure you have a pleasant rental
experience.
Summer rentals normally rent by the week from Monday to Monday. Available
weeks and prices vary so contact me at your earliest convenience.
Culver Academy special events include Winter School Graduation, Summer School
Graduation, Parents’ Weekends, Alumni Weekend, Homecoming Weekend, and Hockey Game Weekends.
Other weekends during the winter term might be available for rent as well
depending upon the home. Pricing varies, so please check with me for current rates.
In addition, we have homes that rent during the Culver Academy winter term
for 9 months, beginning usually in September. This 9 month term works well
for parents to have a comfortable home to visit with their child(ren) during
the school year and after a hockey game or other sports event.

Rental Policies
Unless otherwise indicated, short-term rental rates include utilities, cable and internet, if provided. A 7% sales tax, cleaning fee (unless otherwise indicated on the contract), and security/damage deposit totaling 1/2 the amount of the rent are additional charges.
The contract is not confirmed until it is returned signed with the security/damage deposit. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to the rental date, and can be paid by a personal check. If payment is made less than 3 weeks prior, cash or its equivalent is mandatory. Refunds are granted only if a confirmed contract can replace the cancelled contract.
All rentals are Non-Smoking, and most are not pet friendly. If it is determined that smoking has occurred in a rental, the security/damage deposit will be used to return the rental to its original state. None of the properties are ADA compliant. Lock change for missing key(s) is $50.00.
