All bedrooms are on the main floor, one having a double, and the other two have two twin beds each to sleep 6 comfortably. 1 1/2 bathrooms upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Living room upstairs and family room downstairs, both having a TV with basic cable provided. Downstairs is also another kitchen area with gas stove, refrigerator, and freezer. Washer and dryer are also downstairs. Central air. The screened in porch is a relaxing place to sit and view the lake. Everything is provided in this house including linens and towels. Wood burning fireplace downstairs is usable. 1 space in the detached garage is available. $850/month plus utilities plus extra charge at graduation timefram. Winter school rental goes from mid-August through Culver Academies graduation.
