It is well shaded, and fans and space heaters are available. There is a nice screened-in porch to sit and view the sunsets. Stairs lead down to the pier and lake. The house provides cable, VCR, DVD player, and a washer/dryer. One kids' bedroom downstairs has a wall A/C unit. A charcoal grill is available on the front deck. This home will sleep 10-12 people and pets are allowed with a pet deposit. Nice swimming area and one boat can be tied to the pier.
